Marco De Paolis, Lawyer

Graduated in Law at the Luigi Bocconi University, he is enrolled with the Bar Association of Brescia.

His main areas of activity are corporate law, business law, with a specialization in start-ups and innovative SMEs, and commercial law. He specializes also in drafting and negotiation of business contracts as well as in corporate compliance.

He provides advice also in English.

He is a professor of innovation and digital media law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Brescia office.
